We are a family business focused on you and your needs. Carolinas wedding events and cakes main office is in Asheville/Leicester North Carolina. Owned and operated by former restaurateurs/bakery and officiant, Jackie Fontaine and Isabelle Evans . Jackie is the former owner of a five star restaurant and french bakery in Florida and North Carolina as well as Fontaine Vineyard wedding venue in Leicester N.C. Jackie also owns Paris Festival, a concession bakery. Traveling to large music festivals and art shows from Florida to Chicago, winning several first place and peoples choice awards for their baked goods such as french pastries, funnel cakes, New Orleans and Apple Beignets. Many celebrities and fans have enjoyed their baked goods and always look forward to seeing them again.
