James Fokes, owner and operator, has over 30 years of experience in various building trades. James was in the drywall business for over 15 years, where he established a reputation for quality work that continues to draw requests to this day. In the zero-clearance fireplace business, James earned the business of 97% of contractors in Cumberland County before leaving the field after a car accident. As a renovator, James has restored and beautified hundreds of homes and businesses in the area over a period spanning nearly two decades.
