Gauntt, Koen, Binney, Woodall & Kidd, LLP, was founded in 1998 by Chad Gauntt, a lawyer who began his career in one of the largest law firms in the country: Fulbright and Jaworski, LLP. His goal was to channel his experience and energy into a small firm environment, avoiding the conflicts and overhead inherent in large firms. The firm began as Gauntt & Kruppstadt, LLP, becoming what it is today with the addition of lawyers Steven Earl and Geoff Binney.

We have grown to be a large independent law firm in The Woodlands. We are a truly local practice, not merely a window office for a large Houston firm. As such, we care about our community and our clients. When they come to us for assistance with any legal matter, we provide the personal attention they deserve.
