Sport & Spine Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation practice that specializes in orthopedic and sports injuries. Founded in 1988, our excellence in treatment and communication with physicians has allowed us to grow into the 5 locations we have today.

We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care in a friendly and encouraging environment. In each of our clinics we offer a team approach so you can receive the best treatment possible. Our team-mates consist of licensed Physical & Occupational Therapists, Certified Athletic Trainers and Physical Therapy Assistants.

We understand many patients have a need for braces and splints. Therefore, we have a DME license. This allows us to create custom or use off the shelf braces and foot orthotics for a complete recovery.

We enjoy being an active part in our community. Sport & Spine has provided physical therapy services to local high schools for the past 20 years. We are also associated with other physical therapy practices in the surrounding areas including: Merrill, Auburndale, Medford and Wittenberg.
