3. Monthly, maintaining the building not only cleaning carpet by dry vacuum, but also with wet equipment and steamer and disinfect and sanitize restroom, shower, kitchen, floor, wall, etc.
4. Quarterly or twice (once) a year - the specialized crew, as appropriated in sign agreement, is to be ready in due time, to do a regular carpet cleaning, window washing and clean up, like refrigerator etc.
