My Farmers Insurance Agency in Clarkston, MI provides much more than simply selling you a home or auto policy. With more than 17 years experience as Professional Insurance Agent I have realized that most agents "sell" insurance as it were simply a transaction. A professional insurance agent will take the time to review the customer's property and ask as many questions as necessary to understand what the customer has to protect, and then determine the best option for that protection. When the customer and agent have a mutual understanding of the customers expectations, the process of preparing the insurance recommendation begins. In some cases it may be completed the same day, whereas another customer may want more time to make certain he or she fully understands what the Agent has recommended and what they can expect in the event of a loss. Each of my customers not only have access to the phone numbers for my office, my District Office and our Corporate Office for support, but they also have my cell phone information so they can reach me whenever needed, whether it is 11 p.m. or 5 a.m. I want my customer to contact me first, no matter the time of day. If there is a need to obtain support from the Farmers Corporate offices, we can reach them 24/7/365!
