The guys were friendly and helpful and gave me some good advice. West Hills Carpet And Air Duct also suggested putting a guard on the carpet which was very helpful. The next time my cat vomited on the carpet, I could tell that the vomit was not sinking into the carpet like it was before. It was staying on top, which make it easier to clean up.

Service was wonderful! We had a rental we were selling and they came in and cleaned it up and down. They didn't need direction at all they cleaned it beautifully and the people were very pleased. They came when we needed them and it was a wonderful job. I'm very willing to recommend them. I would use West Hills Carpet And Air Duct again in the future.

West Hills Carpet And Air Duct were very good. They came and did what they had to do. They were very clean and didn't leave any mess behind. It was my first time using their services, and they came and just cleaned my air ducts. Everything turned out fine. I had a few surprises, and it would have been good had I known that there was a possibility of them opening the ceiling before they came. But all in all, they were very efficient and timely.

West Hills Carpet And Air Duct was able to get the pet stains and odor out of the carpet after a tenant moved out. We thought it was permanent but we were wrong. The old carpet looks and smells good again thanks.
