It was one of those businesses that introduced Jeff to Real Estate investing. His construction company purchased land and buit a building for the business at the height of the market in 2005. By 2008, with the market in recession, the building was forced to be sold through a short sale. Jeff learned both the personal stresses involved with an underwater property and the process to execute a short sale.
It was that experience that inspired Jeff to assist others with their real estate problems. Jeff has been investing in Real Estate since 2005, primarily in the Atlanta, Georgia area, but also with his nationwide network of partners.
