many people might had a good result with this company,so i will not judge this company with good or bad reputation. I will just give my experience with this company's recent service.I send a ngc Dodge computer early part of Dec 2014. And received computer back 15 days later(12/26/2014) with note saying "didnot found any problem and will refund half of the repair bill".put the computer back into the car and its doing the same thing.#2 and #3 coil willnot fire the plugs. Since the klein bottle tested the ecm,i went back to retest my diagonostic again.checked cmp and ckp wave forms and sync-ok,checked continuity from coil to ecm(c1 pin #9 and #10)-ok.while engine is idling coil "a" is showing a firing pattern but coil "b" have a flat line.took the ecm out and opened the cover and test for continuity of the coil drivers. (black power transistor with middle leg missing).one of the coil driver (2 in the circuit?) does not behave as same. conculution is that they didnot repair my ecm,took the money and send me a same broken ecm.
