ABS has worked closely with the micro-roaster, Stone Street Coffee, located in Red Hook, NY. Together they developed a "house blend" which will always be available and one "featured" coffee which will change biweekly. All our coffee is roasted for us, to order and ground daily to maintain maximum freshness and flavor. Other unique beverages being served include a signature "gingerade", house brewed iced teas and a lightly salted lemonade. All ABS food and pastries are made in house out of fresh, wholesome ingredients and local produce when possible. On the sweet side ABS serves a mix of American and European inspired cakes and pastries. Savory offerings include chef inspired sandwiches, burgers, salads and other light fare. Breakfast menu included Greek yogurt with house made fruit compote and granola toppings, applewood smoked bacon, eggs served with fluffy fine-herb biscuits or thick pork sausage, pancakes and stuffed french toast
