The Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) tools for Removing and Calculating the True Flood Risk are;1- Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) or; 2- Letter of Map Revision with Fill (LOMR-F) .
The other tool, known as the Elevation Certificate is used to assist the Insurance providers in the calculations for the Policy Premiums according to its TRUE risk for flooding.
