At its core, the STRIKE-ZONE training program is a carefully chosen combination of weight training, interval training, cardiovascular training, and striking from all combative sports. During each 55-minute session, you’ll burn 800-1,200 calories and push yourself harder than ever before. You’ll also build muscle, burn fat, and increase your cardiovascular threshold and learn martial arts.
