Port City Sports Performance, LLC (PCSP) (est. 2009) is geared towards sports performance training and personal training clients who are committed to achieving excellence in their respective sports and obtaining their goals. PSCP is a warehouse type training facility with wrestling mats and weight room equipment. PCSP differs from other gyms and personal training studios in that we offer monthly memberships that include a pre assessment to gauge your start point, your workout, training regiments, quarterly assessments to gauge progress, and dietary opinions. This holds true for both athlete and personal training clientele. Sports performance training starts in a more private setting to assess proper technique, then gravitates to a semi-private setting in which the athlete may train with other clients in their respective sport. Personal training clients are similar, but are more often assessed with weight and skin folds. The overall atmosphere is intense and goal oriented.Port City Sports Performance programs’ offerings include sports performance training, speed development, Muay Thai, kickboxing, weight loss and nutrition, wrestling and powerlifting, boot camp classes, and sports specific training.
