Whether it is a private or public project, good design is driven by a consistent approach and not a predetermined style. Buildings should be connected to their context and function.
As a small practice, both partners are actively involved in the design and supervision of each project from the initial concept stage, through planning, construction, and completion. SUBU Design Architecture is a result of like-minded individuals that believes high quality design results from a continuity of the design process, intensive dialogues with the client and all those that are involved. A successful project is based on a solid foundation of design excellence, budget, program control, and proficient project management. Ultimately, it is a built form that is a synthesis of clarity in concept.
