I've been with Impact Strong for over 6 months. When I first tried this gym I wasn't quite sure this was for me, but was a groupon, I had nothing to lose. Needless to say, once the groupon expired, I joined and have no regrets. Our A+ trainers (Josh, Tyler and Geo) are so patient and go above and beyond to help us with the training to fit our needs. Many gyms have no consideration on whether or not you can do the routine but here they make it a point to make sure you get the most out of your workout. Everyone at this gym is friendly and you always leave with great satisfaction that you got a great workout. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a change and not your typical machines. You won't regret having signed up and you'll know this was the best investment for your health. I had been to another kickboxing gym in the area, and then I tried IMPACT- Wow, what a difference! These classes are only 30 minutes but are fun, intense, strenuous, and addictive! Its the best!
