Alternative Occasions Photography

I photograph people:- people dancing, acting, playing, celebrating, performing, getting married or just being themselves.
I'm interested in the lives they live - in the spirit of the person, the place and the occasion. At one end of the range, we may be creating a portrait - spending time with an single individual, perhaps sitting in their favourite armchair, contemplating life and all it's meaning. At the other, it may be in a club as a young band launches itself onto the public stage, at a performance by an innovative theatrical company, or at a wedding as a couple make their vows to each other in a glorious location.

Standards are high but we're relaxed and friendly and totally committed to getting results that not only fulfil our brief, but please and delight our clients by having exceeded their expectations in every way.

In my first career I became an award-winning documentary cameraman. Several transformations later, I've returned to my roots in stills photography, doing what I love best - photographing events and performance, people and celebrations.
