Former owner of three award-winning restaurants in Charlotte, North Carolina - Adam’s at Ballantyne, The Bridge Café and La Bibliotheque, which received the AAA Four Diamond Award 15 years in a row. La Bibliotheque was also featured in Charlotte's Hall of Fame Eatery. Adam, his wife Constance and two young daughters live in Gwinnett County.
