Krav Maga Boston South Coast has been providing the regions best Krav Maga training since we opened in January 2013. Krav Maga is the official self defense and fighting system of the Israeli Military. Krav Maga is practical, instinctual, easy to learn, and endorsed by military and law enforcement agencies all over the world. In addition to our Krav Maga Classes (levels 1-4), we also offer conditioning classes, ground fighting, stress drills classes (where you try to perform techniques under various levels of stress), and scenario classes that force members to deal with confrontations, crowds, defending loved ones, and any other situation that could potentially be dangerous. We also run frequent Womens Only Seminars and Courses, teach Law Enforcement Only seminars on- and off-site, and continually host guest instructors ranging from firearms instructors, strength & conditioning coaches, MMA fighters, and other reality-based instructors in order to broaden our members' knowledge.
