Sierra Mechanical

I have been in the HVAC business since 1992. I did a short stint as a refrigeration engineer, but realized I don't like sitting in a chair. The engineering is more fun as a service tech. I soon started commercial refrigeration in the slow season in the year. While I was in the kitchen, I was asked to look at the cooking equipment. I learned fast and am now proficient in everything that heats or cools. Now I must get proficient at the paperwork. I would hate to have to yell at myself all the time. Maybe I could hire somebody to yell "If you don't get your paperwork done' You won't get paid". My old boss's favorite saying to me has new meaning.
