Marta Ward

Dr. Marta Ward is a California native who is a graduate of both UCLA and the UCLA School of Dentistry. As an expert in the field, Dr. Ward frequently lectures on the subject of Restorative Dentistry and has done extensive additional study in the areas of Esthetic Dentistry and Implant Restoration.

Since 1989 Dr. Ward has kept offices in Pacific Palisades. She has over 25 years of experience in treating families and individual patients from all over the Westside of Los Angeles. In addition to her extensive knowledge of Dentistry, her attention to customer service is also unparalleled. Her Staff is committed to making every patient's visit stress free regardless of whether you are visiting for a cleaning or a more extensive procedure.

Our Office is Located on the Ground floor of 881 Alma Real Drive in Pacific Palisades right next door to the Public Library and Palisades Park. There is ample street parking for easy access to our offices.

At your first visit you need to allow time to fill out the patient information form. To expedite your visit we can mail you the form. At your first appointment, we will review your medical and dental history, take any necessary x-rays and conduct a thorough oral examination. To ensure your good health, we include a periodontal (gum disease) exam, a TMJ (short for temporomandibular joint) and bite (occlusion) assessment, and an oral cancer screening. . It will also include a basic examination to check for cavities, fractures and problematic dental work.

Dr. Ward will then discuss the findings of your exam and any recommended dental work. If there are any issues, she will detail different treatment options outlining her thoughts on the 'best option' as well as the pros and cons of various others. She will take time to answer all your questions.
