We come directly to your home with our truck that is completely stocked with tools & parts to do as much of the job right then & there. And yes, a real live technician answers the phone and listens to what your problem is and schedules the job. When we arrive at your home, we come with our "parts store" on wheels. A vehicle stocked with mostly any part your appliance might need. Should we have to order a part - not to worry! We get it promptly from our inventory with a local major supplier and complete the job without charging for a second service call.
