Glenda Sher –REALTOR, CPDE, CSSPE



I bring with me over 12 years of experience as a Realtor®. Licensed in Arizona in 2005, and before that in CA, I have since dedicated myself to continuing education in order to effectively serve my clients in changing market conditions. My client’s base has ranged from distressed homeowners/sellers, to first-time buyers whom I love educating on various topics of real estate. I volunteer and teach part of the 8 hour HUD homebuyer’s education classes and am passionate about helping buyers find the right home for them and their families. As the economy continues its recovery, I am expanding into working with “move-up” buyers.



In late 2006 through 2009, I served as a Certified HUD Foreclosure Interventions Specialist and a Certified HUD Housing Counselor. In this role, I was committed to guiding homeowners to solutions – all while carefully reviewing their financial circumstances.



I have worked in many real estate capacities. I worked with investors buying and rehabbing homes for a quick resale. I have also worked as a Loan Officer in both Arizona and California. These experiences have reinforced my customer service, my empathy for homeowners facing adverse conditions, and my problem-solving skills.



These days I work as an advocate for my client. I love being a resource for various Government down payment programs and love working with the wonderful HUD Housing Counseling Agencies.



I am a member of the Arizona Housing Alliance, National Association of REALTOR, and HAREP – Hispanic Association of Real Estate Professional, Inc



What I enjoy most about being a Realtor® is helping people make decisions about what may be the biggest financial investment of their lives.



When I am not consulting with buyers and sellers, I love to travel and to spend time in Arizona’s beautiful outdoors. I also allocate a considerable amount of my free time to learning anything new that may benefit my buyers and sellers.
