Finding a good Home Inspector can be quite a challenge. I searched the internet meticulously and called at least 6 potentials. In talking with them I felt that I was "at their mercy", for it was obvious that they were taking advantage of an "in demand" need. I searched on. I found The Home Inspector LLC. The minute I heard Harold's voice I felt at ease. He answered ALL of my questions, and his fee was very affordable. The Seller and his agent as well as my agent and myself were 100% satisfied with him. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very thorough and respectful in carrying out his inspection. His report was in my email by the evening as he had promised. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a really great, affordable home inspector. He was without a doubt the right choice!

Harold inspected our soon to be home yesterday. He was super nice and we could tell he had our best interest at heart. He was able to meet with us within 48 hours of contacting him. Very thorough and did not rush through things. Took time to show us his concerns and also answered concerns we had. Very professional and would highly recommend him for your home inspection needs. We will definitely be recommending him to friends and family and definitely using his services again if needed.
