Terrydale features 2 styles of 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome: 1-story with a full, finished basement of approximately 1700 square feet, and a 2-story with a full, finished basement of approximately 1500 sqare feet. All units are equipped with stove, frig, dishwasher, disposal all window coverings, C H/A, family rooms with wood-burning fireplaces, either a small fenced patio area or privacy balcony, and off street parking. Our current rents (8/1/2014) are $800 a month with a $50 discount for paying the rent on-time and in-full by the due date. The deposit is $600 and the tenant is responsible for his own gas, electric, and water.
