Tracy Hutchinson is a Certified Natural Health Professional (CNHP),with more than a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry. As a wellness coach, personal trainer and group exercise instructor, she has helped people transform their lives by transforming their health. Through her Trim, Lean and Healthy Fitness and Wellness Coaching, she offers a variety of health and wellness seminars. She has travelled extensively across the U.S. sharing her ability as a professional lecturer for more than ten years. Tracy's motivation to help others is a personal one, having lost both parents to cancer and after overcoming her own health crisis. Her passion is to help people meet their goals in optimal health and fitness. Her philosophy is wellness made simple. She understands that nutrition and exercise are keys to a healthier lifestyle. Tracy's goal is to help educate people to optimize their health. Services are provided in convenient locations based on her experience in the health industry includes working with countless people and corporations, including ReNew Life, St. Petersburg College and the Home Shopping Channel with an employee fitness boot camp program. In addition to her CHNP certification, Tracy is also a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
