Crescent Moon Adult Foster Home

Established in 2010, Crescent Moon Adult Foster Home is an assisted living home for adult fosters, hospice care, and the developmentally disabled. Located in beautiful, Eugene, Oregon, we provide social activities, meals, recreation, and some health-related services. Our focus is to create a heartfelt connection with each of our residents and to provide a welcoming, loving atmosphere. If you do not need a full-time home, we also provide adult daycare. We are one of the few assisted living homes that allow pets and visits from family members! We welcome appointments to check out our home.
