From the evaluation he then offers free fitness coaching which includes a customized nutrition program or meal plan as well as his free app that guides each member through beginner/intermediate/ or advanced workouts with tutorial videos of every machine/exercise here at Prodigy Gym and Fitness so they know exactly what they are doing.
Prodigy Gym and Fitness is a locally owned and operated gym here in Ft.Collins where the owner Chris Havekost has been his entire life. There has been a gym in this location for 47 years! Chris purchased the gym in 2014 to bring Ft.Collins a results driven, no frills, place where helping people with fitness and body transformation is the focus! The equipment, over 80 specialized machines, were each handpicked for for the specific purpose of offering his members the very best plate loaded equipment no matter what level the client is on and especially for injury rehabilitation. Unlike the other clubs who try and be a little bit good at many different things attracting the masses Prodigy Gym and Fitness chooses to be really good at one thing and that’s weight lifting and body transformation!
