Sam spent about an hour with me within a day of when I called him to review my credit. In my case - he gave me a sense for the few things I had on my report and roughly what the impact removing each was likely having on my overall score so we could prioritize and go after what was likely to have the biggest impact. He didn't guarantee everything would come off, but said he would do his absolute best. Within a month we got 4 big items off which increased my score by more than 100 points. The only other item I had we ended up getting an idea from a third party and he didn't charge me for that even though he had spent some time working on it.
