Alert CleanSafe is locally owned and operated, and has been in business in the Triangle area
since 1994. We specialize in residential and commercial carpet cleaning, upholstery
cleaning, oriental rug cleaning, mode remediation, 24 hour emergency water extraction, and
air duct cleaning.

make, maintaining it is a must! That said, maintaining your carpets is one of the easiest and
most cost effective ways to keep your home looking it’s best.
Alert CleanSafeuse a process called Steam Cleaning, otherwise known as Hot Water
Extraction. We use truck-mounted Steam Cleaning Systems which offer higher water
temperatures, and maximum extraction to safely and effectively clean your carpets and
reduce drying time. For best results,we highly recommend vacuuming the area to be
cleaned before we arrive. The carpet cleaning “wand” we use forms a seal with the carpet to
ensure maximum extraction and deep dirt removal, therefore it does not serve as a vacuum
for the surface. Vacuuming before steam cleaning prevents debris from simply being
pushed around on the carpet.
