I have finally found a reputable company that is worth writing a review about (a positive review) I called this company last minute (I'm that type of person) I had needed my carpets clean asap, I was having guest over the next day and my carpets looked a total mess. Luckily for me this company had one more spot available and close to the time I wanted it done. (it was soo meant to be) The tech called me ten minutes prior to arriving, I don't know about you all but I've never had a call to let me know I had ten minutes before they got there. ( I actually really appreciated that) Now I expect this from every company... ha-ha-ha The tech arrived ten minutes later, He was super friendly and looked very professional. He looked at all the rooms and the main room which needed a lot of attention. He was able to tell what the best option would be even going as far as to showing me, and that one spot looked better than the rest of carpets. I was looking very forward to the rest of the cleaning. He finished one room and I just had to go check the work, it looked awesome. It took him about two hours to clean all three rooms my living room and steps. It was the best work by far. My guests came and instantly noticed that the carpets look clean as can be. MY goodness it looked great!!! thanks a lot "Cleaning California Carpets"
