Stephen Sanders Drafter Designer, Inc

Stephen Sanders is an architectural drafter who also does building and site planning and commercial and residential design for properties, which includes renovations, remodeling, additions, build-outs and new construction.He is also an architectural services consultant, committed to developing conceptual ideas to completion for residential and commercial properties in layout planning and site planning for renovations, remodeling, additions, build-outs and new construction, acts as an independent planning and feasibility consultant in the conceptual stage, affiliated with engineers and architects who take the initial plans through the working document stage that are signed, sealed, and ready to submit for permitting, and works with contractors, real estate investors, and primary owners. Stephen is also active in his community. He is a Professional Member of the American Institute of Building Design as well as the co-ordinator for its SE Florida Outreach Group. He is a volunteer at Family Promise, a non-profit organization that shelters homeless families. He has been a dog walker at Tri-County Humane Society for nineteen years and is an active member of his synagogue as President of the Brotherhood. Steve recently was named 2012 Man of the Year by his fellow synagogue members.
