First of all, I would like for my Georgia and Alabama home inspection customers and associates to know this:
I take my job very seriously, therefore, I will inspect every property as if my Daughter is purchasing it. I will inspect every item in the home and provide a written report of every issue I find. I do inspect for the same code violations as other building inspectors, that's not what we are there for.
