Apple Tree Academy is located in Lima, Ohio in Shawnee township. We're excited to be a primary learning center for children ages 3-6.

Apple Tree Academy strives to develop and promote the best in your child. Our focus is to instill a confidence, self-esteem and a strong academic foundation in every young child that will sustain them for a lifetime.

Depending on your child's age, we offer 3 classes:
* Apple Seedlings program for toddlers/3 year olds.
* Green Apple program targeted to Pre-K/4 year olds.
* Red Apple program is based on Kindergarten state standards.

We also offer the Extended Day program which will begin at 3 p.m., when the regular school day ends, and will run until 5:30 p.m. on all regular school days.

Our classes are crafted to be more than the ordinary preschool daycare offerings.

Our curriculum is Hands-On based, developmentally appropriate, and child-centered. Your child will experience active learning situations in which they have opportunities to make choices and decisions, manipulate materials, and use language in personally meaningful ways while receiving appropriate adult support and guidance that is fundamental to our program. Teachers use a wide variety of resources to plan these activities for the children.
