Craig Lambert, LCSW, has been couples and marriage counselor in San Diego and La Jolla for over 30 years. His approach to marriage counseling, premarital counseling, marital and couples workshops as well as senior marriage counseling spring from powerful, practical approaches. Craig has found that a combination of techniques from the mindfulness movement as well as Imago therapy based on work of renowned relationship researchers like Drs. Harville Hendrix and Helen Hunt has the best potential to help individuals grow together as well as individually. A yoga student and practitioner, Craig believes not only that we are meant to be in relationship and but that we are here to grow and connect through the miracle of human love.
