Being a private cemetery, Pleasant Mountain devotes the entire grounds to pet burials. Care of the individual grave sites is of prime importance to our staff. The grounds are open daily for your inspection and consideration.

The philosophy of Pleasant Mountain Pet Rest is to refrain from commercialism. Grave markers are all flush with the surface of the ground to enhance the natural beauty of the cemetery. The grounds are constantly maintained and groomed. Flowers decorate graves all year round, and every weekend finds owners re-visiting the cemetery to enjoy the surroundings and to place flowers at their pet's grave sites.

Cremation at Pleasant Mountain Pet Rest follows our private burial criteria of excellence. Our state of the art equipment exceeds the most stringent regulations, and all procedures are carried out with the utmost respect and compassion. All cremations are returned to owners in a latched walnut chest with a cremation certificate and readings on pet loss, bibliography, sympathy card, and a beautiful poem "The Rainbow Bridge."
