Totem Fitness is a gym serving the Ridgeland, MS area. This is the first day of the rest of your life. Getting into the best shape of your life or gaining that ideal look can be obtained with consistency and the right approach. Here, we encompass all aspects of your training regimen and will motivate you to reach your personal goals. We offer instructions for the individual as well as groups, as well as nutritional recommendations and programs with any service. Our goal is simply to establish consistency in your daily habits that will lead to a healthier lifestyle and transform you into a functional, multi-level performance and calorie burning machine. Open Monday through Friday, and Saturday and Sunday are appointment only!
