One City Block Apartments

RedPeak is excited to announce our newest development in Uptown Denver. We have studios, one- and two-bedroom apartment homes ready for move in! One City Block is located between 18th & 19th Avenue and Logan & Pennsylvania Street. With sustainability as a priority, we are also seeking LEED Silver Certification for this project. The requirements in design and construction to meet LEED standards help our project achieve a key goal of RedPeak’s sustainability focus: strike a balance between People, Planet, and Profits.

As Denver-based developers, we build properties that compliment the unique personality of each neighborhood. The urban design of Uptown and other areas was heavily influenced by early Denver Architect, Frank Edbrooke, referred to as the “Dean of Denver Architecture.” His work includes several iconic buildings including The Brown Palace Hotel, Oxford Hotel, Tabor Grand Opera House and Loretto Heights Academy. Denver-based architecture firm Davis Partnership Architects explains that, “The urban design strategies reinforce everything great about the Capitol Hill and Uptown neighborhoods.”
