I'm no computer whiz, so I'm always finding myself lost whenever an issue comes up on my mac laptop. I was having trouble opening images on my computer, it said the file layout was not supported so I called Computer City Repairs to see what I could do. Someone actually helped walk me through the process over the phone, for free (amazing, right?). The next time I have a big issue I will definitely be going to Computer City. Thank you!

Right off the bat, I realized that this is my go to spot for computer repairs. The service is spectacular. My mom was trying to restore two old desktops. The technicians examined everything, and decided quickly that one of them requires cleaning and fixing, while the other one was too old to so it wasn’t worth the time and money to fix up. At first my mom was unwilling to get a new computer, but she realized that were being honest with their work. Good to see that these people still exist. They said they would take all the memory off the old computer so we could save it. In the end, the price was pretty cheap. They were all helpful, quick, and made things straightforward.

My laptop wouldn't start up when I would turn it on. I brought it in and they were able to boot it up.
