Serving Jacksonville since 2012. We are an assisted living facility located on the Westside of Jacksonville off of 103rd Street going towards Cecil Field. It's a five bedroom home converted into an assisted living facility. The facility has a homey atmosphere. We are licensed for six residents. We accept woman and men. We accept mental health residents. We offer respite care. We take the residents to the car show, dog show, horse show, museum or park on a free outing once a month. We have a yearly vacation on a cruise to the Bahamas (resident cost). There is cable T.V. and a land line phone in every room. We have a doctor who visit the facility monthly and a nurse that visits weekly. All therapy, x-ray and blood work is done at the facility. We manage the residents medications.
