In Mr. McKernan's time as the Bureau Chief of Investigation in the Office of the District Attorney and as a Senior Trial Attorney, he successfully tried numerous felony jury trials. These experiences gave him a unique insight into criminal defense and an intimate knowledge of how criminal court really works.
