Soc Roc - Soccer Classes for Kids

SocRoc's goal is to encourage kids to be physically active, gain confidence, and learn social skills while having fun with soccer classes! As a certified personal trainer for fifteen years and a former professional soccer player, owner James Christie has combined his two areas of expertise to create one of the most unique and creative soccer and fitness programs available for New York City's youth. SocRoc soccer classes last 45 minutes to one hour. Not only will the students learn soccer from former pros, but they will also develop core strength, upper & lower body strength, balance, agility, flexibility, and endurance. Today, children are spending too much time watching television, playing video games, and eating junk food. Child obesity is on the rise, while self-confidence and overall health is on the decline. The ongoing mission of SocRoc is to fight these serious problems every step of the way by providing soccer training and classes for kids of all ages.
