I have no hesitation to recommend Utopia Management Inc. to landlords. They are polite ,professional and know the market very well. I have had lots of information when ever I needed it and they always ring you back the same day. Their online account manager means you have your paperwork at any time you need it. I use the rent collection service as well. They provide me with a monthly account and it takes the hassle out of the whole process.

I had only one day to look for an apartment in Temecula, and wasn't even sure which neighborhood I wanted to live in!
