Welcome to Barre Cleveland, Northeast Ohio's 1st Barre Fitness Studio! A combination of ballet-inspired movements, muscle sculpting, yoga stretches, and Pilates core work, our BarreFit classes are designed to strengthen, shape, and lengthen the body, leading to long, lean muscles and overall body benefits such as long-term postural improvement and deep muscle conditioning without joint damage. Our body-changing workout is presented in a small group setting in our private, female-only boutique fitness studio in Beachwood, OH. Our sole objective is to transform your body in a safe, unique manner while making our workout truly enjoyable and extremely effective.
