149th Scottish Highland Gathering and Games

Scottish Highland Gathering and Games is a traditional Scottish event that is held annually. This event
has a rich and colorful history that dates back a thousand years ago. Every Scottish gatherings and
games includes competitions such as Heavy Events, Ceres games, individual piping, drumming for men and women alike, pipe band competitions, Highland dancing competitions. There are also Celtic Rock concert and band pipe performances. Different Scottish Clans and associations enjoy other stuffs as well such us the food, drink, whiskey tasting, wearing of kilts and other Scottish attire. This year would be the 149th year and is produced entirely by volunteers from the Caledonia Club of San Francisco.
