Leonard “Leo” J. Valdes is a personal injury and insurance litigation attorney serving Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe counties. He is the founder of the Law Office of Leonard J. Valdes, P.A., a law firm dedicated to representing the injured and healthcare providers seeking reimbursement from insurance companies. His experience as a Florida licensed chiropractor gives him a unique perspective into handling personal injury cases and understanding insurance disputes involving medical billing.

Leo is a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served nearly five years as an air traffic controller. After being honorably discharged, he attended Miami-Dade Community College and went on to graduate from Florida International University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. He subsequently matriculated at New York Chiropractic College and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2003. After years of treating accident victims, he decided to become an attorney to represent those injured due to the negligence of others. He earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in 2009.

Leo was born in New Jersey and raised in Miami, Florida. He is married and has two wonderful children. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
