Tim Frater is a licensed Realtor, and Broker Associate, with Logan Realty, Inc. in West Palm Beach, since 2005. Tim has lived, worked and played in downtown West Palm Beach since early 2000, after graduating from the University of Central Florida. Back then, there was no CityPlace, no Convention Center, and certainly no skyline full of new high-rise condos.

In 2013, Logan Realty, Inc. moved to a 2,000 sq. ft. loft/office overlooking Clematis St. It was a move that would bring Tim into the center of the downtown West Palm Beach real estate market. Before long, he built, what is now the #1 ranked Real Estate website for downtown West Palm Beach, created a strong social media following and grew his downtown connections and partnerships to keep him “in the know” for everything happening in and around downtown West Palm Beach.
