At Ezential Wellness & Gurukul Yoga, our vision is to create a community of individuals who feel healthy, nourished, and balanced in mind, body, and spirit. Our holistic center provides gentle & therapeutic yoga classes, breathing techniques, meditation, and nutrition consultations based on wholesome foods, as well as monthly Reiki Shares & Classes, Ayurveda, Aromatherapy, and Shiatsu to promote healing from many physical and mental imbalances. We bring relief to various health disorders such as digestive troubles, hormonal imbalances, attention & focus issues, allergies & asthma, diabetes, cancer recovery, high blood pressure, and heart disease. Each individual is treated uniquely depending on their root cause of the imbalance causing the illness. Symptoms are then relieved as we treat the individual as a whole, working with mind and body. We also promote the sense of community and friends of Yoga, "Yoga-Mitra," with classes that include Adult Level 1 and 2, Spinal Health, Sun Salutations, Yoga for Juniors/Teens, and Senior/Chair Yoga. Yoga can be taken in class format or arranged for one-on-one therapy. We offer individualized private sessions for yoga therapy, well-eating, and Reiki.
