CrossFit Sparks Elite provides functional fitness training to athletes of all levels! We strive to create a positive, motivating, teamwork environment! Come try a week free with us!
We have a full facility with a large open gym space, front office area, lounge area, lockers and changing rooms, M/F restrooms as well as a second floor with 2 shower/changing rooms, kids enclosed tv/play area with large viewing windows to the gym floor.
