I have a versatile approach to my work manipulating the soft tissue to help alleviate any dysfunctions, stress, or pain.
For massage therapy, a couple of modalities that I incorporate are as follows: Stress Relief, Relaxation, Swedish, Deep Tissue, PNF Stretching, Heat, Triggerpoint Therapy, Sports Massage Pre and Post event. I am willing to do outcalls.
