This way, instead of forcing change externally, (diets, medication, resolutions, etc.) which may work for some, but has little lasting effects--we first set your intention and work to create lasting change on a spiritual and cellular level.

Think of this as opening up a direct pipeline to your sprit. This is then coupled with powerful spirit-centered life-coaching which helps you resolve emotional issues and gives you important tools to move forward.

Much of the prevalent life coaching programs are about obtaining external rewards such as losing weight, attracting the partner of your dreams or getting rich. While these are valid goals, they tend to be externally focused--i.e. your external wants and needs take precedent over your internal wants and needs. This can be problematic because it leads to inevitable heartbreak when these external rewards wither. Moreover, this focus on externality also leads to the loss of something even greater; the loss of self. This is the reason why people may still find themselves with the same feeling of emptiness after they've obtained their material desires.
